  • First Course: Amuse Bouche, Watermelon, Feta, Mint

  • Second Course:, Salad, Mixed Greens, Shredded Beets, Toasted Pepitas, Citrus Mint dressing

  • Third Course: Pasta, Linguine and Clams

  • Fourth Course, Seared Scallop, Ginger Carrot Puree, Sautéed Garlic Spinach
